This is the best Jelly/honey that I have used so far. I like the texture. I used to use a freeze dried version but I prefer this kind. It is easier to keep under my tongue until it melts. It is smooth and creamy. I look forward to taking it every morning.

Very convenient
Since the Royal Jelly is in the honey it is very stable; I keep it in my cabinet. It's very effective & easy to take a teaspoon any time for a quick energy boost.

Very good to put on bread
Unlike the raw honey which is a little bit hard to use as a spread on bread, this one is soft enough to put on bread and it taste very good.

Good for me and yum at the same time
I have never had royal jelly on crackers but this is one product both my boyfriend and I love on almost everything. Much like buttery honey; this particular product is both tasty and full of amino acids and other nutrients. It is helpful health wise and enjoyable rather than popping more capsules or gel tabs. I will be buying this one again.

Very Good Product
I recommed the 40gram container instead of the tablets as tablets are natualy far more expensive . This product has its royal jelly in a base of pure raw unprocessed honey which contains all the vitamins enzymes and minerals your body needs. I prefer to take on an empty stomach to ensure quick absorption.
