Top quality Tupelo
Tupelo honey has always been my favorite, and this brand by Y.S. Eco Bee Farms is the best I have tried. I use it for sweetening oatmeal and tea. The price is very good compared to what is available in local stores.

To me, Raw Tupelo Honey is the finest in every way. . . . Flavor, Composition, and Usage. YS turns out an elite product here. Honey is the only food in the world that will never spoil. Its uses, both internally and externally, are renowned; you can read about them everywhere. I strongly recommend YS Raw Tupelo Honey for every sweetening application.

Good and sweet
I love putting it on buttered toast or having with almond butter on toasted bread. I can taste the florals and fruit.It is not overpowering but pleasant to the taste. The jar is too small that I used it up very quick and need to order more. Very good honey.

YUM-This is my favorite honey!
The product description classifies this as a "paste," but the Tupelo Blossom Honey is a clear, semi-liquid honey. I love this honey, and use it to sweeten tea, lemon water, etc.
I would not advise ordering more than 1-2 jars at a time, though. After I ordered 10 (glass) jars of this honey during a 10% off sale,
the original shipment was undeliverable because so many jars were shattered in transit. The replacement order arrived with THREE out of ten jars broken, even after I phoned AND e-mailed Customer Service to instruct the warehouse to PACK THE JARS WITH AIR BAGS BETWEEN JARS (the packers failed to do this). A THIRD shipment containing three replacement jars arrived intact.

Yummy
I ordered Y.S. Organic Bee Farm Raw Honey Item# YS014 because of the rave reviews.
It was very good, but not exceptionally outstanding; just slightly better than a good clover honey.
But this is the best honey I've ever tasted. It's the most expensive I've ever tasted, but I've never enjoyed honey more. I'm still on my first jar but I'm already looking forward to the next. It's delicious.

Great Honey
Not really anything for effectiveness. This is a great honey for eating with crackers and tea. Smooth tasting, not bitter. In other words "we love it"! Already done with our second jar.
