If you're in a hurry, but need a quick snack, you can grab this jar out of the fridge and pop a spoonful of the bee pollen into your mouth along with a small spoonful of the raw honey. Even better is to follow those up with a spoonful of coconut oil. Simple, delicious, & nutritious energy boost.

I love every single product from Y.S. Organic, but the bee pollen is the one supplement I am never without.
It is said to contain many vitamins and minerals, including the B vitamins, in a highly bioavailable form. When I'm traveling, I use the capsule form, but otherwise I consume about 1 tbsp at breakfast and one later on in the day when I get the lazies, around 3-4:00 P.M.
Mixed with Greek yogurt and Y.S. honey and some flaxseed and Nutiva hempseed, and I'm good to go for breakfast.

Excellent Bee Pollen
If you are interested in trying Bee Pollen as a dietary supplement you can't go wrong with this product. I went slowly at first just to ensure I had no allergic reaction to it but I now take 1 tsp once or twice a day. Highly recommended.

Been using this product for months for the extra energy while flying. Our flight attendant got us all to try mixing these granules with plain Greek yogurt and honey. Works great and very tasty!

I've been taking bee pollen granules for many many years and love the energy boost they provide. They have a kind of grainy texture that takes a little to get used to. They provide a perfect blend of amino acids, carbs and minerals. I work out 4-5 times a week and bring some with me to take mid workout. My son tried them this fall at college and is a huge fan. If you lack energy in the bedroom I'd recommend some extra during the day and a couple teasponnfuls before. They are the most cost' effective multi-vitamin I've ever taken. Swanson has been a great source for my supplements. Ive never had any side effects

Very good quality
Good tasting, effective product. If you want to make it a little more digestible, put a spoonful in a small cup of water (or juice) and let it sit for a few minutes. Most of it will dissolve. A little easier on the stomach that way.
