Glad I purchased it
Hello future buyer,
I bought this item to enhance my immune system. I was not sure about energy. But I can say that one teaspoon of this with a glass of water gives me energy and makes my stomach full. Plus i hope it works with my immune system. So far, so good.
It tastes sweet. Yes, it is not a candy and on my first try it was an unusual taste, but I got used very quickly. And I eat it every day! Good luck!

Much less expensive than locally
I can get this product at a more reasonable price at Swanson than at my local stores. I'm "addicted" to the taste of royal jelly and it's good for energy on my hikes.

This is good stuff....
Listen to me, you will need to get use to the taste of this product if you just had their raw honey BUT it is WORTH it. This product has several ingredients besides Royal Jelly like bee pollen, Korean Ginseng, propolis & eleuthero. I do feel a slight rush of energy after taking this product. All these ingredients are very healthy for you and make tho product taste the way it does. At first, I did not like the taste but after a few days, I can now take 2 teaspoons in the morning and 2 teaspoons in the afternoon straight off the teaspoon and then drink about 2 oz. of water and I have no problem what so ever. This product is good. Buy it, use it and enjoy. Give yourself a few days to get use to the taste. You will be glad that you did,

Looks like mud, tastes awful
I like Y.S. Organic Bee Farm products, and trust their quality. I've been using their Pure Royal Jelly Energizer Honey (the one without the ginseng, pollen, propolis and eleuthero) for quite a while. It's a light golden color and truly delicious. This Alive Bee Power Royal Jelly, however, is dark brown like mud, and I find the taste very hard to take. I can tolerate a supplement that doesn't taste good if I know it's beneficial, but I'm really having a problem getting this stuff down. I have to wonder if the reviewers who say this is delicious might actually be referring to the Pure Royal Jelly Energizer, but posted for this one by mistake.

Love it
I think the taste is great as I can take this everyday. It does give me energy and if I am hungry, one spoon can stop my stomach from growling. Worth the money.

taste turn-off
I cannot argue with the over-all quality of any of the YS Bee Farm honeys I have gotten so far. They are fresh, supple in texture, and a great value for the size of jar. However, this particular variety tasted terrible to me -- sort of bitter -- and I could not eat it. I ended up using it in small amounts in some baked goods. I am thinking that the taste came from the additives.

Wonderful product
This is a delicious product. I've been taking a heaping tablespoon of this once a day for about a month. I look forward each day to the opportunity - it is delicious! I am feeling better too.

A Good Food for Energy
I'm a hiker and Royal Jelly really helps when it comes to energy on the trails. I love the taste and would rather eat spoonfuls of the paste rather than capsules because I consider it so delicious. It is an excellent bargain. I buy the 20.3 oz. size jar which costs the same from Swanson as the much smaller sized one does at my local grocery. One of my must-haves from Swanson.

For me, however, it has one big drawback. It made
me feel hyper and more nervous. I purchased this
supplement because of the fantastic review that
another customer gave it. This is not a good product for anyone who is addicted to sugar, or
anyone who is hypoglycemic. I am sure that Nancy
Appleton (author of "Lick the Sugar Habit") would
not recommend this supplement, because she
would say that it would throw the body out of
homeostasis, and upset the proper calcium/
phosphorus ratio in the body.

Amazing Energy and Feel-Good Supplement
