Weleda Arnica Massage Oil softens and tones the skin. It contains pure sunflower seed and olive oil, which, when combined with extracts of Arnica flowers and birch leaves, stimulates the skin's natural functions. It's ideal for use before sports or physical exertion, as massage helps warm the body. After exercise, a relaxing massage with Arnica Massage Oil helps soothe and comfort tired muscles. Rosemary and Lavender essential oils provide a warming, powerful fragrance. Free of synthetic additives, including fragrance, color and preservatives and raw materials derived from mineral oils. Not tested on animals.

Ingredients (INCI): Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Fragrance (Parfum)*, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Betula Alba Leaf Extract, Limonene*, Linalool*, Geraniol*, Coumarin*.

Directions for use: Use daily after a shower or bath. Apply a small amount of the WELEDA Body Oil onto moist skin and rub in a circular motion (always towards the heart) until it is absorbed. If necessary, rub vigorously. If varicose veins are present, allow the oils to penetrate without rubbing.

A very pleasant oil that has a decent fragrance but is light enough to be able to apply without a greasy feeling.....using it on knees seems to help! August 29, 2012

Asset for any athlete Weleda's Arnica Oil compares well to other brands I have tried. The glass bottle is a little inconvenient for travel, but the quality of the oil is good. It is a reasonably light oil that absorbs quite easily into the skin, leaving only a moderately sticky surface. Arnica Massage Oil is an essential element in any athlete's sports bag and is great for use during warm-ups or cool-downs. I have shopped around and found Swanson offered the best price for this product - definitely good value for money. August 17, 2009
