Directions for use: Use daily after a shower or bath. Apply a small amount of the WELEDA Body Oil onto moist skin and rub in a circular motion (always towards the heart) until it is absorbed. If necessary, rub vigorously. If varicose veins are present, allow the oils to penetrate without rubbing.

Hard to keep it... Everybody's always borrowing it Been using Arnica for over 20 years. This is a great portable source that also contains great oils to go with it, making it pleasantly fragrant. Convenient size. Doesn't take much, just a couple of drops spread around where needed. Friends keep trying it and ordering their own. I've gotta keep an eye on the bottle as they all seem to want to pocket it. I did too the moment I applied it the first time. Was actually happy it was such a good product. October 19, 2012
