Ingredient: Premium oolong tea leaves.
Directions: The fresh water used to steep this tea should be about 185 to 195 degrees F or 85 to 90 degrees C. Use approximately one teaspoon (3 grams) of tea leaves for about every 8 oz (150 ml) of water. A steeping time of about 3-5 minutes is recommended with more or less time depending on the desired concentration. As a rough guide, the higher the temperature of the water or the greater the amount of leaves used, the shorter the steeping time should be. The tea leaves should uncurl for full flavor. When preparing this tea, the leaves can be used multiple times, until the flavor of the tea is exhausted. Each canister will yield approximately 50 to 75 servings.
Contains approximately 15 to 55 mg of caffeine per cup depending on the strength of the brew.
