Good Product
Good product if you need digestive enzymes. Unfortunately, after having been tested, I do.
However, quite frankly, I prefer another brand: Super Enzmes + from Integrative Health Solutions in San Diego, a naturopathic practice run by Integrative Health Practitioner, Dr Bronner Handwerger.
Dr Handwerger's product has pancreatic enzyme complex with pancrelipase, pancreatin and diastase. It also has betaine HCL; fenugreek seed, ox bile salts, acid stable protease, papain, and a proprietary blend of choline bitartrate, inositol, hops strobiles, peppermint leaf, chamomile flower, and yarrow flower.
You may be different, but my digestive tract prefers Bronner. Of course, if one also eats pro and pre-biotic rich food and supports gut health with glutamine, that also helps.

Has-been in Digestive Enzymes
My wife has been using this Twin Labs product for some time. However, the formulation has been changed-- the gel caps are now a dark brown color and smell foul, what some might describe as "rotten". The product is no longer effective, as it has been in the past. We will no longer buy this product.
