A Convenient Combination I've had trouble tolerating fish oil capsules in the past -- so I bought this flax oil/fish oil combo a year or so ago. Very few (& brief) fish burps. Good quality gelatin capsules in a darkened glass bottle. So far, never a leak! I think the flaxseed oil part might be helping my dry skin -- and that both parts are helping my dry eyes. I take one in the morning & one in the evening. May 27, 2013
