Convenient Minerals This is a good way to get your daily recommendation of minerals. I have given up on multivitamins and basically take each vitamin separately to get the desired potency from each. These pills are great because taking just one serving helps me make the best out several minerals. I really like that they are in capsule form as are the rest of my supplements. November 24, 2009

Great Balance & Value This is a great product for the price, since it has substantial amounts of each mineral and at a good balanced ratio. I appreciate the lower iron amount since men need less iron. I take just two rather than four every evening, which rounds out what I don't get from my other supplements. Have taken this product for over 20 years. Don't forget to take a source of vit. D to assist in your calcium absorption! Capsules are easy to swallow, too. April 20, 2008
