Best Available L-Glutamine I've been using Twinlab L-glutamine (1000 mg daily) for years for GI health, muscle energy and cognitive support. Although Twinlab brand is more expensive than some other products, every time I try a different product, I end up discarding it after only a day or two because of quality issues and return to Twinlab L-glutamine. If, for example, you've tried an inexpensive L-glutamine product and it's made your face break out, I assure you, that isn't the L-glutamine! Rather, it's an adulterated product!
