Triple Leaf Tea is naturally decaffeinated using a carbon dioxide process that maintains the green tea's beneficial polyphenols, the powerful antioxidants that made green tea so famous as a healthy beverage around the world. The traditional herbs used in this tea have a long history of use by Chinese herbalists. They were considered as healthy herbs to lift the spirits (chi). Astragalus, chrysanthemum, dandelion, mulberry, Chinese mint and licorice were used to support the effects of the other herbs in the mix. Experts recommend drinking three or more cups of green tea every day.

INGREDIENTS: Naturally decaffeinated green tea leaf, American ginseng root, Asian ginseng root, Eleuthero (Siberian ginseng) root, Gynostemma (jiaogulan) leaf, Astragalus root, Peppermint leaf, Chrysanthemum flower, Dandelion leaf, White mulberry leaf, Licorice root.
Recommend drinking three or more cups of green tea a day. Drink anytime of day, hot or iced, as is, or try adding lemon and your favorite sweetener.

HOT TEA: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over a tea bag. Let steep 5 minutes, or longer, to taste. Remove the tea bag, squeeze gently.
ICED TEA: Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 tea bags. Let steep 5 minutes, or longer, to taste. Remove the tea bags, squeeze gently, then add ice.
For a stronger flavor and effect, steep longer. A tea bag can be re-used to extract more herbal benefits.
Try it with lemon and honey, or your favorite sweetener.
