Suggested Use: Take one to two capsules up to two times a day as needed or as directed by your health practitioner. Discontinue use after reaching a consistent evening alkaline reading (pH 7.0-7.5). good but no cigar I was looking for an alternative to baking soda. Soda tastes nasty and isn't very convenient on the road which is where I am a lot. 1 tsp of baking soda at night moves my pH to almost 10. It takes 4 caps to do the same. The price difference is astronomical, but if you can't stomach the soda and require the convenience, the caps work. August 22, 2012
One Good Product To have the understanding of what supplements can do, comes from knowing that not all of them apply to the individual and not full strength is always require to get the job done. So that where a mild touch of Swanson products can help and for just a faction of the cost of full strenght supplements, as those they also have. but if you trying somethiing new for the first time, a weaker version of the supplement would best fit and than you can work your way up if you get the results you want. Alkaline PH Ballance This helps keep our pH balance between 7 and 7.6 we take this one time per day but we also use the powder drink to keep our pH levels at the right place. We are glad we found this here at Swanson because using baking soda kinda hard to swallow. February 25, 2011
