Tastes great compared to baking soda This powder mixes easily and we drink a 40z glass three times daily to keep our pH levels at a alkaline value of 7.5 or slightly higher. it seems even though we are on alkaline food diet that without this powder and the pills we are acidic at levels of 5 and 6 so we use this daily. it works great. Best Formula Ever!!! I have been involved in the health and nutrition field for the past 18 years. I have also been a professional athlete. I know the importance of a balanced ph count in your body. This formula is the beat one I have ever come across. I tested my ph one day, due to drinking a couple of cups of coffee (which is highly acidic). My ph registered 5.5.
