Directions: Brew Well to be Well
For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Drink 3 cups daily. To enhance benefits, add honey especially in dry climates.
Contraindications: Do not use if you have inflammatory disorders of the GI tract and biliary ducts, serious liver diseases, impaired kidney functions, high blood pressure or heart disease. Not for use by children under 2 years.
Duration of Use: Not for prolonged use. In acute cases that last longer than 1 week or periodically reoccur, seek medical advice.
Do not use if pregnant or breast-feeding unless directed otherwise by your doctor.
Side effects: In very rare cases, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea may occur after drinking eucalyptus teas.
