Suggested Use: Using the metered dropper, take 1.25 mL (¼ teaspoon) daily with juice or food to mask the concentrated mineral flavor. Do not refrigerate. Shake before use.

Easy to use This product is convenient and being a liquid is easy to use. I like the fact that it absorbs well. Put in a small amount of water or juice it is not unpleasant to taste. The price is great in comparison to other liquid iron supplements already in a juice base. As always, Swanson's delivery makes my shopping easy and quick. Good product If you need iron, this is the one to go with. Its inexpensive and effective and non-constipating. However, you MUST mix it in your juice as recommended (preferable orange juice) because it is impossible to take alone. March 19, 2012
