Suggested Use: Adults take 1 teaspoon three times daily for one week, then ½ teaspoon three times daily until desired results are attained. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving without consulting your health care provider.

Amazing Product This silver is amazing, not only does it give you 8 ounces of silver, it is affordable too. I like this brand the best because not only is the water the silver is in, is distilled water (instead of filtered), it also has ozonized water mixed in.
