Delicious I am quite particular about my gluten-free pasta. I do not like the white rice types at all. I prefer corn and potato, or just corn, though quinoa is also good. I found this brown rice spinach and had to try it. It is quite good, holds up well when left-over, and my family will even eat it too. I definitely recommend it for those who need a GF option!!
