Ingredients: Noodles: Rice, water, modified tapioca starch. Seasoning: Salt, sugar, spices (including lemongrass, red chili pepper), tamarind powder (water, maltodextrin, tamarind, citric acid, carmel color), citric acid, onion, garlic, yeast extract, shrimp powder, green onion, kaffir lime, extractives of paprika, natural flavor. Oil: Soybean oil, garlic, shallot, extractives of paprika. Vegetable: Green onion, cilantro.

Microwave Directions:

1. Carefully peel back lid to open bowl halfway. Remove packets from bowl.

2. Open packets; empty seasoning and oil into bowl.

3. Add 1½ cups water, filling bowl to the lower top ridge.

4. Cook on high temperature for 2 to 3 minutes or until water is hot.

5. Cover and let stand for 1 minute to allow noodles to soften.

6. Remove lid; stir well. Enjoy.

Boiling Water Directions:

1. Carefully peel back lid to open bowl halfway. Remove packets from bowl.

2. Open packets; empty seasoning and oil into bowl.

3. Add 1½ cups boiling water, filling bowl to the lower top ridge.

4. Cover and let stand 3 to 4 minutes or longer to allow noodles to soften.

5. Remove lid; stir well. Enjoy.

Due to variations in microwaves and stovetops, cooking times may vary.

CAUTION: Once heated or filled with boiling water, bowl will be extremely hot. Handle with care to avoid spilling or burning yourself.
