Very Convenient!
These capsules are small and convenient for anyone who may be deficient in vitamin D and Boron (which is probably everyone). I did some research and found out that i am almost certainly deficient in vitamin D. I do not stay out in the sun at all some days....
Although I am getting 100% Vitamin D from my multivitamin, evidently our bodies use Vitamin D for more than just bone building and calcium absorption. I am not getting any boron from my multivitamin. So the only practical way for me to boost my consumption of Vitamin D (at least to 300%) and Boron would be to supplement with these pretty little capsules. And the best part is that they are so small you will have no problem swallowing them!!.

Thought I needed to keep my bones healthy for the winter and my daughter needed them because she does not get enough sunshine.
