First and foremost, the new formula contains no added refined sugars. These shakes are only sweetened with D-ribose, a touch of honey and Reb-A from stevia. The new formula also features four kinds of protein: whey protein isolate, pea protein isolate, white navy bean and caseinate from milk. There are 18 vitamins and minerals, omega-3s from flax, four grams of fiber and 21 total antioxidants for immune system support. good meal replacement The only complaint I have about this product is the amount per serving. 2 scoops is quite a lot if you are adding it to an 8-12 oz drink. I only use 1 scoop, and mix it with my fruit smoothie. the added protein seems to satisfy me until lunch. May 21, 2013

Healthy delicious Smoothie I enjoy using this full meal smoothie every morning for breakfast before I work out. It gives me plenty of energy and has a great flavor. I add fruits and love it. Decent Product Price was right so I grabbed a couple jugs. Taste isn't the greatest and mixing it is so so but I combine it with some vanilla whey powder and it seems to work ok. I generally take it prior to a workout or i the am. It's a little sweet for my taste but diluting it with other powders seems to help that. April 8, 2013

Breakfast Shake I use this every morning as a protein shake to get my day started....I put in fresh strawberries, blueberries and bananas or a combination of those, depending on what I have...It is delicious,,,sometimes I add a couple of ice cubes to thin it down...I do use 1% milk with the shake, because I always use milk instead of water. It is delicious and very filling and I am sure from all of the ingredients is very, very good for me. Not bad, but not great... I have been drinking protein shakes for breakfast for a few months now and decided to try one actually meant to be a meal replacement. I like all the nutrients in addition to the protein in this shake, but this was a little too gritty for me. I shake it up with about 16 ounces of milk and it mixes OK, but not great. The flavor isn't bad, I kinda liked it at first, but eventually I found it a chore to finish the container. Sorry Jack, I won't be buying this again. February 6, 2013

Liquid Breakfast & Off I go - Since the 1970's I have been drinking a liquid breakfast. I've found this mix to taste well and provide my body with the vitamins and supplements I need to begin my day. I will be 50 this year and have found that liquid supplements and vitamins are processed better in my system and are more effective. The only downside to this powder is that some days I just want it in milk and it does not totally mix into the milk. For best results use a blender and create a smoothie type drink. Great Product!! This product is great. I mix this in a smoothie for breakfast every morning and its exactly what I need! My perfect combination is a handful of frozen organic strawberries, orange juice, a scoop of Swanson's Green Max powder, and this Vita Lanne Meal Shake powder! Its great!! OK Taste I did not like the flavor of this powder in milk or water. I LOVE IT in orange juice! It tastes almost like Orange Dreamcicle ice cream! Tastes AWFUL This product blends easily as a shake, but it tastes so awful, I can't stand it. And I am not a picky eater. I have tried blending with various fruit, honey, etc. Horrible flavor. August 23, 2012
