Good product
I feel the benefits of Antler Velvet would be seen over time. Initially myself and others had vivid and colorful dreams, I reduced dosage to allow the mind to express it's backed up energy more slowly, then upped the dosage afterwards.. I feel if the diet is clear of sugars, junk food, and not glutted, this product will be most effective. It seems to help me with restful sleep.

Not so sure onthis stuff . . .
I tried the Velvet Antler Tonic for about a month. I can't say I see or felt any difference in any way. I wish i did, but I just think that this is probably a product you need to get a high dosage from and then cycle through. Taking 3 - 4 tablets a day didn't affect me one way or the other, so i don't believe I will be spending money on this again.

Try it!
This product is an effective mood booster and promotes deep, restful sleep. I cycle it once a week with several other supplements such as mucuna pruriens, arginine, yohimbe, ginseng, ashwagandha…. I know that the day I use it my mood will be elevated and my sleep will be deeper. I'm not sure about its effect on libido and I also hope that it helps in GH production, which I have not yet been able to verify. But it is worth taking if only for the feelgood factor. Shame it is so expensive. But Swanson's price is the best out there.

Felt nothing good or bad
Only took a couple a day for awhile so I probably did not consume properly. Felt no difference. Will not try again. Too expensive for nothing felt.

Improves mood
Velvet Antler Energy Tonic is a product I use only now and then. It seems to be a good source of energy and mood elevator. I find about 3 per day keeps me going with mental alertness and physical pep.

better then others
I have been taking velvet antler for awhile now and was ordering it from somewhere else when I seen that Swansons makes it. I am very pleased with the results. I seem to have more benefits from the Swanson brand then I did with the other. Keep up the good work Swanson.

Delivered As Promised!
After doing research on velvet antler and it's many benefits, especially it's joint-health and Growth Hormone/performance enhancing benefits, I decided to try Swanson's product based on thier high standards and affordability. Man! This stuff delivered and I will be getting a new bottle soon. This should also be listed in the men's health section as a libido enhancer - my drive has definitely gone up a notch!
