The only PS worth buying
PS usually has distorted marketing that confuses the actual PS content among other lecithin components, but this one is accurately labeled and is currently the most PS you can get at this price. It is still quite expensive at therapeutic dosages, but if you need it, this is the one to get.
Also, don't get the gelcap version in MCT/sunflower, it's inferior.

more focused
I heard about PS300 over a year ago and have been taking 1 daily since then. It has helped me to be more focused. My 90 year old mom takes it daily, and i have noticed a big difference in her motivation and memory. I am very satisfied.

serine without anything else added!!!
I was very excited to see this product as it is difficult to find in stores serine alone that is not mixed with other supplements. Moreover, I could not find such a high dose at such a low price anywhere else. Thank you Swansons!!!

Wonderfully Effective
Improved my mother's memory & focus (she's 89). I began taking it, as does my sister & we are in our 60ies. Our memory's & focus have greatly improved. It has also helped with my mood swings. Excellent product. Great service. Competitive pricing.

Couldn't tell a Difference
Maybe I didn't use this long enough or maybe I was expecting too much, but I didn't notice any difference. May try again some time in the future but will probably choose different brand.

Improved Memory and Productivity
My 86 year old Mom has had trouble remembering daily conversations and had a lack of motivation. I started with 100mg twice a day and then increased the dosage to 300mg once a day at breakfast. Her days are more productive and her ability to remember events and conversations has improved immensely. This product has helped make a positive difference in her daily activities.

Awesome supplement! One of my favorite. No side effects . Besides that it increased my memory capability it also improved my overall mood. Perfect for PMS symptoms , since I started to take PS I have very little to mild PMS symptoms and no cramps while menstruating. Highly recommended.

Remarkable Value
This is an excellent price for a supplement that generally sells for much more, like maybe 50% more. Because it does what it does quietly, it is hard to tell just how well it actually does work, but I feel that my mental sharpness and memory is doing better because of this supplement. As a 68 year old, these cognitive capabilities are becoming increasingly important to me.

Good stuff
I started taking this when I had noticed failure to remember things and one too many senior "moments". I actually noted effects with 100mg, but 300 is what the studies mostly show. I could tell a difference in about 4 days. It works. Much better retention and no more big "space-outs" like I had.

Very Valuable Supplement
Since I'm well over 50, I've certainly noticed some memory loss. Phosphatidylserine has helped enormously with achieving better cognitive function and information recall. My mind is sharper and I can remember more details, useful in the office work I do each day. This product provides the recommended dose and is priced lower than any other on the market.

I read a couple of articles lately on PS from a couple different sources so decided I would give it a try. searched a variety of sites to find the product and pricing. Yikes, Swanson had best pricing...dosage and BEST of ALL I think it helps

Results Up, Price Up, Too
Bought this for mother-in-law for memory issues.(600 mg, twice daily) She was sleeping into the afternoon and sometimes the evening. After about 6 weeks, have noticed change in sleeping. She is up before noon many days and seems to have more interest in life activities. UNFORTUNATELY, right after I ordered 10 bottles, the price spiked from 15 to 20 dollars. OUCH. That gets expensive. Hopefully, this will be the last increase for a while.

My husband and I have both noticed more effective brain function using this product. We have more energy and are more productive. I can remember small details for longer periods of time and keep a train of thought going.

Questionable efficacy
I have tried PS and never noticed any difference-the claims from another company is it is some miracle supplement for the brain. They fail to emphasize the fact that all the positive studies came from PS derived from bovine. The soy base I dont think does much.
