I just started taking this vitamin about 2 weeks ago, and I honestly haven't seen any difference. I will finish the bottle anyway and see if I notice any difference.

I have been disappointed in this product. As advertised as sublingual, I expected it to dissolve under the tongue. Instead, only the cherry flavored outside coating dissolves, the rest must be swallowed with water. I have not noticed any energy boost as I have had with other sublingual tablets. I would not recommend this to anyone. This is the first product from Swanson that I have not been satisfied with after ordering.

I have tried many variations of B-12, Swanson's B-12 best fits my needs ad requirements. I have been taking it for many years now.

Excellent mid afternoon pick me up
I take the Triple Action B12 mid afternoon to get me through my 2nd shift duties. It works great to give me a boost of energy.

Yes, purchase this product
I use many different health supplements and tried many types of different tablets on the B-12 line however this one I truly like. The tablet has a smooth coating to it and easy to take and digest. Pricing is inexpensive too. Would recommend this product.

Awesome...
This multiple-delivery method works better for me and improves my energy in two and a half hours, so I don't use it after 3pm. I like sublingual so that taste and texture are not as important as effectiveness. The methyl. has been better in the past for me until I tried this cyano.

The Best B12 on the market
I have been disappointed with other B12 products. This is the best one ever. Just what you would expect from Swanson.

Disappointed
I'm sorry but I was disappointed in this product. I couldn't taste the cherry coating so didn't know when to swallow it. I've ended up just swallowing it like any other pill. Can't say how effective it is, I dont notice any difference.

Great idea, but not all there yet
I loved the idea of the 3 different routes of absorption for B12 in these; however, I would not recommend them because of the list of ingredients on the back which includes hydrogenated vegetable oil. It is a better idea to stay away from hydrogenated oils all together. I do not like the taste because it reminds me of artificial sweetner when it dissolves in my mouth.

My B-12 Tested High
It was time for blood tests and my doctor decided to measure my Vitamin B-12. It was off the chart high, which we both think is great.
At the time of the test I was nearing the end of a bottle of Swanson's Triple Action B-12 1000mcg, which is absorbed partly sublingually and partly over time in the digestive tract.
I'd decided not to reorder because when the cherry coating wears off the pill can taste a bit powdery under the tongue before swallowing.
But hey, when I saw my high B-12 blood level I ran right to the computer and bought again on the 2-for-1 sale.

I purchased the Triple action B 12 and I am very happy with them. I plan on ordering more as yours do not cost an arm and a leg like most.

Good product
The dosage is great and the contents/price ratio is very pleasing. However, I had to switch to Jarrow´s Methyl B-12 since this product caused me feelings of slight burning in my mouth.

Best B12
The method of delivery leaves you no doubt that you will be gewtting your B12. The smooth coated pills can be swallowed very easily and with no water if needed. Cost is higher than capsules but worth the trouble.
