Garbage in, Garbage out

Made me gain weight
After I started taking these, I noticed the jittery feeling that I normally get during the day was gone. Then, the scale started going up. I went from 132 pounds to 137 in a week. I was eating and working out the same as I always do. It took me 2 weeks to wonder if there was a connection between these pills and the weight gain. I stopped taking them, and my weight went back to 132 within a week. I prefer feeling jittery and being 132 over feeling relaxed and weighing 137. I threw the pills away.

A must have item...
30 minutes after taking for first time, I had very noticeable energy improvement. After taking for several days, I noticed clearer thinking and better mood attitude. My whole family is now taking TMG. Great product. Good price. Convenient capsules.

Great deal with an added bonus
I have been taking this supplement for about 6 months. I take 2 capsules twice a day. I was originally interested in it for it's liver benefits, but I'm pleasantly surprised that it's a nice little upper for my mood as well. I don't notice any "rush" right after taking them, just a level feeling of well-being with continued use that fades if I stop taking them. Very pleased with this product and will use indefinitely. Thanks, Swanson!

2 a day is way too much; 1 is perfect!
I took 2 of these a day first thing for the first week and discovered this was way too much and made me extremely irritable. One is just enough and works perfectly :) I guess everyone's body wil react differently I suppose...

I am a big advocate of doing everything one can for the health, benefit, and welfare of their Liver. Old saying: As your Liver goes, so go you. This Swanson product seems to have that covered quite nicely.

TMG Great Stuff!
I ordered Swanson's Ultra TMG because I'd used another brand of TMG in the distant past and remembered it worked well, but at the time was just too darned expensive. Swanson, however, has it priced so reasonably I couldn't resist trying it again. I was skeptical of the quality, wondering how good it could be for such a low price. But it turned out to be just as effective as any TMG I'd tried in the past. Bravo to Swanson for such good value and quality!

A difficult product to review
This is one of those hard-to-review products. It is kind of like that old elephant jokes..
Why are you doing that...To keep the elephants away....I don't see any elephants...See, it must be working.
Frankly, that's why I added this supplement to my husband's regimen - to be processing organ supportive.
As long as there is no indication of another problem, we'll continue to keep it in the program.

I don't write many reviews, BUT!
I don't write many reviews on vitamins, I like to take them and think they help keep me healthy but I don't notice anything special about them usually except for the lingering taste of some fish oils. This is different! I noticed the second day how energetic and just all over good I felt. I take it early in the morning and I would not want to take it close to bedtime. I'll be back for more!

Focused
Definitely feel much more focused and I am happy to say that it's not a placebo effect because I wasn't looking for that result. I work 3rd shift and I even had a comment from someone at work say that I seemed so much more focused. I hadn't even mentioned anything about this. Hope it continues. HEADS UP though...take this as early in the day as possible or it will keep you up at night. I've also read that you shouldn't double up on this or take too much for the same reason's. I take the recommended dose and started off every other day.

The Energizer
Whenever I question if this product is having a positive effect and stop taking it for a period of time, I quickly realize how effective it is.
This is one of those products that I keep coming back to, because it works for me.

Wow...Powerful Energy Supplement
TMG (Trimethylglycine) is one of the best energy boosters I have ever taken! This product works big time and works from the very first dose. I take one capsule with breakfast and one for lunch and I have energy for the whole day and into the evening. But it's not a jittery type of energy. Don't take it too late in the day though, you may have problems falling asleep. It also is a great mood lifter too.

Impressed
TMG is an important amino acid for over all heart & liver health. I have some liver issues so I take TMG as directed each day & it helps me with my energy & mood. I don't know why or how, it just does & if I stop taking it I can tell the difference within a week or so - I begin to feel sluggish & apathetic again. Swanson is the best way to get vitamins & supplements - it's easier than going out to the stores, it's much much cheaper, their quality is superior to other products I've used, & for buying something online Swanson is fast. I always get my purchases within a week. Swanson has incredible service, they are practical, economic, & quick. I usually don't like buying stuff online but Swanson has cutting edge security that gives me peace of mind. If you were to ask to see an example of a friendly company that practices old fashion customer service & business ethics I would say take a look at Swanson because in my opinion they are simply the best.

FEELING GREAT
I love TMG. I had no idea how good this would be until I tried it. I know my body and pay attention to it especially when I'm trying out a new herb or supplement. TMG gave me a great feeling overall. My research on TMG revealed this has many benefits to list for the body so I am keeping it and will stay on it. It works. This was a hit and not a miss. lol.

nice product
TMG helps our bodies produce Sam-e, which help mood, joints and liver...I take Sam-e, but cant afford to take all the time, so TMG is a cheaper alternative
