Didn't help me
I purchased this supplement in hopes of helping me become regular. I just finished the entire bottle but have experienced no improvement at all. :-(

probiotics
I have tried many, many, many probiotics and this one has it all! I feel great since taking just one everyday. I found only one other probiotic that worked this well, but costs 10 times more! I use this Soil Based probiotic with Swanson's Nutra Flora for an added boost. Can't say enough good things about this probiotic. Showed it to my GI doctor and he was amazed. Won't EVER use anything else! Thanks Swanson!

A Daily Way of Life
Six weeks after taking these Soil Based Organisms I was sleeping better. Also this product helped to balance my mood.
It's gentle on my system.

Outside hooey...inside fooey!
I haven't noticed much of a difference yet, though realize sometimes supplements need to be taken a few weeks before benefits are recognized. I've been taking probiotics for 16 years and sometimes it's good to trade off...these look powerful! Some of my rating is based upon the condition of the capsules when opening the bottle...over 20 of them were cracked into pieces and it was a very dusty and disappointing mess.

Works well -- be sure to eat with it
This has a good mix of trace minerals which is my primary concern. The probiotics are a good number, but do not always keep things regular (which could also be me going off a clean diet :-( ).
It is critical to take with food or else I get indigestion and burping, mostly I believe due to the minerals. However, the probiotics say to take with food so that works out.
I have decided to take these with breakfast and Lee Swanson Ultimate Probiotic with dinner, as I believe I need more Probiotics.

Best probiotic hybrid I've found.
I researched quite a bit before choosing a probiotic and the extras included here are easily as good as the variety of main ingredients you get. This one's a bargain and it's keeping me in good working order.

Better probiotics out there
Product appeared to give me inconsistent results, sometimes no effect, other times it seemed to give me diarrhea. So, I will be returning to Swanson's Probiotic-4, which seems to work as good as any of the far more expensive options from other vendors.

A little dirt don't hurt
really effective, definitely a missing part of commercial super sanitized food. Our bodies need the full cycle of life including dirt and things that live in it.

Impressive
I have been taking probiotics for several years believing them to be highly beneficial to health. Mostly I did this on faith because I certainly didn't feel very different. At least not until I started taking one capsule of these soil-based organisms before bedtime (so on a mostly empty stomach). I noticed a distinct difference after only 2 days. Pretty soon I had nicknamed the brown capsule. I call it my Dirt because it makes me feel so grounded. This is one supplement I intend to keep on taking. Thanks to other reviewers for recommending it highly enough that I was willing to give it a try.

Very satisfied
I have been using this for a couple of months. It completely replaced the 8-10 fiber capsules I was taking every day to maintain regularity. 1 of these a day in the evening on a regular basis is very beneficial and does the trick.
