Not sure, but, can't hurt!
i researched Shark liver oil in W. John Diamond's book trying to promote my husband's health.. It is hard to say that it has done anything, but, i trust Swanson's to deliver good products that it is a good product and sure can't hurt to try it.. So glad for the opportunity to try it at a reasonable price!

Excellent, Hard-to-Find Supplement
I take this reasonably priced and hard-to-find supplement for its antioxidant benefit. I have noticed a feel good factor while taking it.

Very effective
I love this product! The price is excellent. Shark Oil has given me so much more energy, and it's helped with my libido, and immune health. Just make sure you don't chew the soft gel... It's very fishy tasting
