Is it really 98% pure trans-resveratrol
INGREDIENT LIST: VAGUE!! Should state the purity!! Otherwise, it probably has fillers which can upset your stomach, not to mention that you are getting far less trans-resveratrol. Swanson needs to state that it is at least 98% pure trans-resveratrol From the description, the purity is uncertain and remains doubtful at 500mg.

POTENT
Obviously, you have noticed as have I, there are many potencies of Resveratrol on the market. I don't mess around with the weaker versions of anything, because I want definitive results. I have taken the 200 mg. Ubiquinol daily for quite some time with excellent results. I am very satisfied with that product. I decided to switch to this 500 mg. Resveratrol for the duration of one 30 capsule bottle to see what difference, if any, I noticed compared to the one 200 mg. Ubiquinol capsule dailly. Both of these supplements are highly touted, the highest potencies available, and expensive. So far, I have not noticed a perceptible difference, and I am just about through the 30 capsule bottle of Resveratrol. I will look for a difference when I switch back to the Ubiquinol. I take an excellent, comprehensive nutritional supplement program, so it is not as if these are the only nutritional factors working for me in my system. I feel that if one is going to take Resveratrol, this 500 mg. capsule is the only way to go.

I feel good knowing that I can do something good for myself with this product. I did start by using a smaller mg serving and built up to this never looking back.

Great Product!
Resveratrol has all the benefits of an antioxidant. I have noticed I do not have food cravings while taking this product, plus I lost inches in my waistline. I have an overall well-being and wouldn't do without Resveratrol. I did find the 500 mg, taken faithfully, works better for me. I did take the 100 mg first, increased to 250 mg, but eventually started taking 500 mg daily. Have an increase in energy. Have recommended to many of my friends.

good supplement
i think this is helping my energy level but i'm not 100% convinced yet as i have not been taking it at this dosage very long. swanson's prices are better than elsewhere but i still wish the cost of this resveratrol were a bit more affordable. try to get it when it goes on sale and it's a real value.

Takes time to see a difference
I have rtired many Reservatrol products looking for the best performance/cost. The bottle does not say how much is an active product!
Many products are only 50% active I am going to assume at the price this cost its 100%.
Resveratrol has excellent research behind it and by not taking enough you may or may not see any change. Like all supplements long term use is required to see any real change!

Very pleased with my results
I have been using this product for a month now and I have an overall sense of feeling better that I believe to come from this product. I did; however, find that it seem to curve my appetite for food.
