Resveratrol side effects
My husband and I believe we had terrible side effects. From reading more about tthis, I understand that trans-resveratrol is much safer from side effects.

I EXPERIMENTED WITH THIS PRODUCT ON MYSELF TO SEE IF I WOULD NOTICE A DIFFERENCE . I FELT BETTER TO DO CARDIO EXCERCISES AND STRONGER TO RECOVER FROM A WORKOUT. MY STAMINA WAS STRONGER. IT EFFECT WAS GRADUAL BUT STRONGER THE MORE I TOOK IT. NO AFTER EFFECTS .
