I alternate between the fat soluable and water soluable forms of COQ10/Ubiquinol. These were a good price for 2x a day.

High Quality
You won't get a better value for the money. COQ10 can be purchased for less but it lacks the quality of a water-based product such as this one. Don't be fooled by others that are oil-based and much less effective.

Best form of CoQ10 out there
I search regularly for quality sources of helpful vitanutrient supplements, and I continue to come back to this form of Co Q10. I am very pleased with it, and have recommended it to a number of friends, relatives and colleagues.
I have never had these gelcaps gum up together; I keep them in the frig.

all jammed up
We used these pills for a while because it sounded like they were better than other types of CoQ10, which often is not absorbed by the body efficiently. I'd forgotten why I switched to something else until I bought another bottle of this product. Maybe it's our climate, but it's nearly impossible to get these suckers out of the bottle! They are all jammed together in the bottom of the bottle and I've actually taken a hammer to smash the bottle so I can get to the wad of pills. If they were in a jar, so I could pry off a couple when I need them, it would be OK, but we can't get our fingers down into the bottle to get to the pills. I've never had pills that were such a gummy mess...and it's happened with every order. I hope Swanson reads this and packages this product differently in the future.

I started taking this product on my physicians orders. I am a nurse and like to take quality supplements when I can. I have been taking the Q gel for over 3 years now and am very pleased. This is an excellent product and I will continue to use it for many, many years.
