Best vitamin C for high intake volume. It does not have the low tolerance level associated with normal water soluble C. Lipid encapcilated is the way to GO!

love the mg count and the quality, but I give these to my two kids and they hate the large tablet. I tell them just to suck it up and take them! but they are not happy!

innovative idea
combining vitamin c with plant fiber lets it stay in the body for an extended period than normal thus absorbing more effectively. I find I do not need to take as much or as often of other vitamin c products.

T00ooo BIG :((
I didn't notice that they were 'tabs' as opposed to the capsules that I usually order... there's no way I could possibly get something so huge down my narrow esophagus. I'll have to be more careful upon placing orders in the future & am very grateful for Swanson's return policy!!

It is quite good.
It is overall a good formula. I also contains the citrus bioflavonoids, which makes it a more complete vitamin C supplement.
However, I would like it better if it wasn't such a darn horse tablet.

You need vitamin C in your regimen. This is the one to have. If you want to mega-dose, you can without gastro side effects. If you like your vitamin C, you won't like this one, you'll love it.

Great "C"
I have purchased expensive C in health food stores for many years. Recently I switched to The Swanson Pureway Ultra-C with Bioflavanoids and am very pleased. My huband and I take it daily for optimal results.

Great Value in a C vitamin
I bought this form of C vitamin because it has the combination of bioflavonoids. The Swanson Ultra series of vitamins really do have a potency and quality that seems to surpass some of national brands I have used before. For this vitamin C and others, I will be a long term repeat customer.
