Good quality with convenient scoop..A bit on the gritty side, Finer texture would make this a much better product. Taste is okay..

Almost unusable for my purposes
For several years, I have enjoyed several brands of whey protein including Swanson's. Recently my typical practice has been to stir a scoop of whey protein into whole milk, add some chopped pecans and bran cereal. After reading about the health benefits of Caprotein, I decided to give it a try. What a mess! It simply would not combine with the milk no matter how much I stirred. The taste was not horrible but certainly not pleasant either. I may be able to hide it in oatmeal but that is my only hope of using the rest of the container. I rated Caprotein 5 stars for quality and effectiveness just as a benefit of the doubt measure since I have no way to know.

Caprotein Protein powder
This is the only protein that i know of that has a perfect balance of milk and whey protein. Both apparently are needed.
It is pricey even from Swanson but then again it's the best.

High quality protein
This protein powder makes an excellent milkshake when combined with goat's milk and sweetened with a bit of stevia. True, it will take some stirring in order to mix well with any liquid, but the results are a fabulous and extremely rich drink with an unbeatable profile of amino acids and 13 grams of high quality protein. This has become one of my favorite all-time Swanson products, and it provides the perfect opportunity to add significant amounts of calcium to the daily diet in a satisfying and delicious manner.

Great protein
I use this protein in smoothies, and made in a blender it has a great consistency and good vanilla flavor. The protein stays with me for a good while, yet seems to digest easily. The price is excellent as compared to caprotein from other companies.

best price, same quality
Whey protein from goat's milk is superior to cow's because the molecules are smaller and easier to absorb. For those who complain about the grainy taste, all the other brands I have tried have the same consistency, for almost twice the price. I mix it with soy milk, never with water, and it's absolutely perfect.

Great but gritty...
Like other reviewers I found this protein to be the most gritty protein I have ever tried. I too make my smoothies with lots of ingredients including ground flax seed, frozen blue berries, yogurt, and more. All the same, I never had any other proteins to have such a gritty texture...
Mt. Capra needs to put it through an extra process to get the particle size down to make it more enjoyable for the palate. Also putting it in a jar with a wider mouth would be a good addition too; I can't easily get my hand in it to scoop out the protein...
On the positive side though, I will continue taking this protein because of its value and the positive reports from nutritionists about the benefits of using goat milk products.

Caprotein
Taste terrible! Does not taste anything like vanilla as described. Has a gritty texture mixed with water and very bland tasting. Would not order this again.

Great Protein Product
I was not having the effect that I wanted from my regular protein/ recovery drink. I use Caprotein everyday can't live without it. On workout days I add an organic raw egg . Keeps me steady for sometime.
Keep am extra scoop around doesn't come with one. I guess people use a spoon and sprinkle it on things as well.
Good tasting.

Crushed Ice, Raw Cows Milk, Caprotein, Raw Pumpkin Seeds, Bee Pollen, frozen 1/2 banana, frozen rasberries, and splash of raw honey or maple syrup.....a very delicious and nutitional smoothie.

Superior product!
I purchased this product after using Jordin Rubin's Goat's milk whey product exclusively because I could not find any one else that made a whey protein...the protein most recommended and digestible. What good is a protein source if it's not digestible. When I saw that Swanson was coming out with one under their own brand I thought I'd give it try because of the significant cost savings. This product is just as good as Jordin's at a much lower cost. To address the 'texture/taste' issue in the last review....both are very palatable. Goat's milk IS different than the taste of cows milk. I don't make my smoothie with just water and this protein. I add blueberries, banana, coconut oil, ground flaxseed, apple cider vinegar, unprocessed oats, etc...you get the picture. This is one product that I would not be without and I would definitely give it a try...you WILL like it!

Yucko!!
The protein may be superior, but the taste and texture are absolutely disgusting - like ground up chalk. I am very disappointed in this and will be returning it immediately.
