Tiny little pill, BIG RESULTS!!
I have taken this supp for 3 months now, and I can honestly say that I truly feel on overall sense of well being, not to mention the energy lift I have noticed since I started with this product! This is one of those supplements that I had heard about on a TV show, so I did my own research and decided that it would be a welcome addition to the many great products I take regularly!! It takes a little while to actually start 'feeling; the benefits, as it is with most supplements, so don't give up on it before your reap the benefits! From my own research, we'll all be hearing a whole lot more about the goodness of this tiny little pill!

This one's a keeper
Works well with Resveratrol and is benificial as a substitute when blueberries aren't in season. Would like to see magnesium stearate eliminated from Swanson's products.

Too soon to tell
I purchased this product for the first time because of what' I've read about it.
I already take resverital, and read that this is good in combination with it.
I can't honestly say that I've noticed anything special since taking this for about a month, but I also take other supplements.
The price is good.

Doesn't work for me
Perhaps I've added too many items at once, this sounds like a good product, I just can't take it, at least for now.

Pterstilbene, love it!
I'd been using Resveratrol 500 for my hot flashes for about 2 years and then they didn't work for me anymore. I heard about Pterstilbene and tried it. It works great and the dosage is only 50mg. I'm my old self again. Good quality, prices, and service. Thank you.

I just started with this one because
I have been taking resveratrol for years now with what I believe to be GREAT results. While looking at recent anti aging research this supplement has extremely promising results and is a great match to take with resveratrol. As with ANY supplement of this sort it will be years before you really see anything but from I have read, this one has a very bright future.

Save a tree, hug a blueberry
WOW! I'm the first. Well, you should get familiar with this. Now Swanson is very strict about claiming health benefits for their products; so if you want that, go to pteropure.com and get an ear full.
I think that I can say that compounds like pterostilbene are being discovered in many plants and believed to be a defense for stressful conditions. In this case it is found in blueberries. Now who doesn't love them?
Pterostilbene is also called methylated resveratrol (-OH i.e. alcohol is replaced with -OCH3 i.e. methoxy). Resveratrol was first isolated in red wine and believed to be involved in the "French Paradox"
Now, one source for this comes from the heart wood of a endangered tree from India named Pterocarpus marsupium; hence its name. On its manufacturers site, its says it's 100% nature-identical. What does that mean? Well, I would say its synthetic; but what do I know? That doesn't bother me and I say, better living though modern chemistry...lol
