I can't tell the difference between the Potassium Gloconate and the Citrate accept this one is absorbed quicker.

Great product!
I could really tell a difference when I took Swanson's Potassium Citrate compared to a brand that I purchased locally. I really feel the benefit of this potassium, I couldn't tell any benefit when taking the other.

I am using this product for at least 14 years now and use just one daily when I start my day.

My Doctor was happy with results
My doctor has been trying to raise my urinary potassium levels with another product for a long time without success. I tried the Potassium Citrate supplement from Swanson and my last labs showed a urinary potassium level right where my doctor wanted it. I told my doctor what I was taking, and he said to keep taking it because it was working.

The body must have a balance between sodium (salt) and potassium to function properly in every area. I love to cook, (everything made from scratch, fresh and natural, local, organic, and sustainable) and I season profusely, including lots of Dr. Barbara Hendel's wonderful Himalyan Crystal Salt which I buy from Swanson. To be sure that I have sufficient potassium for an always healthy sodium / potassium balance, I take two of these Potassium Citrate capsules daily. They are very inexpensive, too.

Quality Potassium
I purchased Potassium Citrate because I read that this form is best absorbed by our bodies. The Citrate form also is very alkalizing. As always, this product from Swanson is of high quality and reasonably priced.

Going Bananas
I always find multivitamins are low in Potassium so this is a great supplement and a good alternative to eating a bunch of bananas.

Convenient Solution
I take a diuretic for blood pressure. That means I often have low Potassium levels. This pill is a convenient way to deal with the problem. I am highly satisfied with this product.
