Per government regulations, there's a catch 22 on rating this product so I would just that I take this in small doses to keep in a good check.

Good product & pricing
My husband takes these regliously and finds them easy to swallow. I love the price and the BOGO that swanson offers every so often - I stock him up.

Effective
I have been using this product for a short time, but found great success with straight Traditional Red Yeast Rice ( which I solely used Swanson's brand). I always appreciate that Swanson's has products that combine supplements that I already use with an additional supplement for added benefit. I am very confident that I will find that using this product will bring me even closer to my desired goal. And Swanson's had certainly made it easier for me to try it for a longer, more appropriate, amount of time with their Buy One, Get One Free offers.

I won't know the real effectiveness until next month when i have my lab work done. but so far it seems very positive.

I wish Swanson would quit using magnesium stearate as a filler. why not rice flour or something like that. I am trying to eliminate magnesium stearate as much as possible. Price is right but I am getting away from the exipient and filler stuff

Cheap. Quality.
No profound effects. I honestly bought this as an impulse purchase. But, it does seem to have mood-lifting properties. Dunno why. But, that's my 2 cents.

Best Purchase Ever
I am 62 years old and Policosanol/Traditional Red Yeast Rice derfinitely improvd my cardiovasuclar health. I take it with Ibiquinol CoQ10 and Psyllium Husks. I have recommended it to family and friends.

THIS STUFF WORKS!
After reading about red yeast rice and policosonal, I decided to give this formula a try. All I can say is be careful not to take too much - the results may shock you. It was all good - I have never felt so confident and well in the results of any supplement. It proves all the good things I have read about red yeast rice.

A great value for a wonderful product
I have been using Red Yeast Rice for many years and recently switched over to Policosanol/Traditional Red Yeast Rice Complex. For the money this is a great value, and the product has helped me in many ways. I have always found Swanson Products to do what they were designed to do. Thank you for a quality product that doesn't break my piggy bank yet does what it was designed to do.

Investigate Red Rice Yeast Powder - it really works and then buy it here . Best deal anywhere.
Before I found Swanson, I was paying almost 10 times more for the same stuff.
