better than similar products
my husband is on his 2nd bottle of this & I intend to continue ordering it for him. I was skeptical about whether or not this was actually any different than similar products, but I believe it is definitely helping him!

Great Value!
I use probiotics daily and have found this one to be as effective as any of the higher priced versions. Great product, great price!

No effect at all
I read extensively about the product and really thought it would help, but it appears to have no impact/improvement on my digestive process. I prefer the ProBiotic-4 supplement instead.

This is a very good product, but not vegetarian
Of course, this was totally my mistake, but I did not take care in examining the ingredients. I learned my lesson and have since ordered only after scanning the label for gelatin. My bad, Swanson! Anyway, having purchased it, I am now using this product, and it seems to deliver all the protective effects that acidophilus brings. I have been having a very healthy summer. I will look for another acidophilus product that is not encased in gelatin.

Too bad the FDA has censored public comments on products they use,but I can say that this one is good and the research bears out the excellent results I have gotten.

WOWza!! This stuff is dynamite!! I've used many different types and brands of pro and pre-biotics, and this is the BEST!! I went on-line and checked into the information and reviews presenting Dr. Shahani's research of the DDS-1 strain of acidophilous, and it is impressive to say the least. So are the results! And with the FOS included in Swanson's product, the value in this product is there too. Having to purchase the FOS separately, would add greatly to the cost.
