It is helpful to take 2 per day which is better than 1.
It would be nice if there were double the capsules in the bottle to be more reasonable in price.

didn't work for me...
I tried this product hoping it would help me with what it's advertised for - but it didn't seem to do anything. However, it's helped several people I know a great deal, which is why I would still recommend it to others.

Outperforms All the Rest...
I have used several joint care supplements but none compare with the benefit I receive from this ONE supplement. I don't know WHY it outperforms formulas with a myriad of different ingredients. It is on the pricey side when added to other supplements I take daily but critical in my case & I guess if I were forced to whittle down my "must have" list this would be the LAST to go. REALLY makes a difference. I think Swanson gave us a break recently on the price. THANK YOU Swanson's. xoxoxo

Noticed a help the first time I tried this! It really works when I take 3 capsules per day instead of just one. Don't want to be without it!

Great stuff!
This is a great product. I have known of the benefits of this stuff for a long time and have actually done my best to produce my own. This product has many additional benefits and works fast. It is unlike Glucosamine and Chondroitin and works a lot better too at a lesser dosage. I would recommend this above all other joint support products. This is also great for the digestive system, anti-aging and overall immune support! Go for it and get some!

good product?
I have used this product for 2 months and do not see any difference in how I feel. I will, however, give it a couple more months to work. I am considering increasing to two capsules daily. Perhaps this will make more of a difference.
I find it a little overpriced for what is contained in the product.

works, but pricey
To my surprise, I found this to actually work to a certain extent. Enough to give me a better quality of life. I do have two concerns: the price is high and once you stop taking it, you go back to what you were before. So you continue taking it because of the benefits despite the expensive. I just don't understand how an egg product could be so pricey.

Same effect for less $$
I was taking a ligament support from my health care professional - 6 capsules a day. I can take 2 capsules of the eggshell membrane with the same effect - less money and less pills :)

Thrilled with results
I purchased this product to help my husband's

Since taking this product I am able to move around a little better . I have only been taking this for a month so I will still give a try. But finally found something that is natural and won't hurt my body.

Eggshell Membrane
I'm a 60 year old woman. After about a week, I noticed a marked decrease in joint stiffness, from getting out of the car, to getting out of bed in the morning! It's a little pricey, though, about $20/month.

So far I can say that I think this works well. But I think I will need to see how well it works, or if it still works 3-6 months from now to really evaluate well.

Moving Better
