The most bio-available form of B vitamins. Especially delighted with the quatrefolic/5MTHF form instead of run-of-the-mill folic acid. Thanks, Swanson! Wish you would have this occasionally on a BOGO sale, since it is otherwise a tad pricey.

These B's are an A+
These are the best b complex vitamins that I have ever tried. This bioavailable form is so easy on my stomach. My body could never process the synthetic type of b complex, and I was looking for one that was bioavailable. Great product.

B-vitality
I know that B-vitamins are important for me to take as I age but who knows which one is the best? When I read that these were more bio-available, I figured that had to be good for me. I am on my second bottle and have been pleased with them.

I use this product from Swanson because it contains the methyl forms of folic acid and B12 which I require in a complex B supplement. This makes it

Best B-Complex Ever!
This is the best B-complex supplement I've ever taken. I'd also purchased the Co-enzyme B-complex "Cellular Active" caps on Swanson's site that are made by Country Life. Don't bother with the Country Life brand. Even though SOME of the C.L. brand of B vitamins are in a better, higher bio-availability form, not ALL of them are.
Swanson's contains benfotiamine, a much better form of B-1 (C.L. does NOT). It also contains the very important methyl-folate, vs. folic acid. C.L. utilizes folic acid. And, of course, the other important methylcobalamin B-12, and other superior forms of B's. Some days I now only take half a capsule, and a bit extra b-12 and methyl-folate. It depends on your individual bodily needs.
Don't cheat yourself, your body and your health. Get the BEST!

Cutting Edge Supplement
I rarely do reviews; but this product deserves one. Nothing out there on the market like this. Will be a great help to the elderly, especially, I can't take standard B vitamins and this has been a Godsend.
I do notice a big difference in my overall sense of well being.

This is my first time using this product and am pleased with the capsules. In the past I have taken the pill form and have not had them dissolve properly.

Grear product!
Everything in one! I have been taking this for about 4 weeks now & have noticed a major difference in my appetite. Not craving carbs & sugary snacks like I used to. I take this 2-3 times a day and also notice a difference in my energy and overall health. Excellent product & I highly recommend!

Highest quality best priced B complex available
I've read about what the best quality B supplement ingredients are and I found them all here in this one supplement. For example, did you know that the forms of B1, B6 and B12 in this supplement are better absorbed then what is found in most other B-complex supplements? For me this was enough to make the switch to this supplement. I want to ensure that I'm never low in my B vitamins as they are crucial for vegetarians, and for those of us over 50.

Effective High Bioavailability Product
I was searching for B Vitamin Complex when I saw this as BOGO. The reason I decided to try this product is because the B-1 vitamin is derived from "Benfotiamine" which is water soluble that is known to be highly bioavailable. I am taking less fish oil because of the effectiveness of this product.

Great Product
I ordered this primarily for my husband. At the age of 73, most B complexes bothers his stomach. He finds these much easier to digest and loves them.
