Definitely helped
I was unsure at first when I ordered if it could really help, but I can definitely think clearer during the day and remember things much better now than I was.I am 68 & was fearful that I was really losing it!

Good Cost Effective Product
I have been using this formula for several months now and really like it. I have ran out of it on 2 occasions and really noticed the difference in my job performance. I work as an engineer and do math all day so mental sharpness it crucial.
This is a very cost effective formula for what is contains and the quality is excellent. I think you will be quite satisfied with this product if you try it.

Didnt see a change
I am used to taking straight Gingko 120mg a day time released. After the reviews, I tried this for the past two weeks but I dont feel a difference like I did with regular gingko. One customer suggested taking Ultra Phosphatidylserine with it so I will try that with the remaining supply I have and see if it makes a difference or not. I love swanson vitamins though but this one might not be for me.

This Works!
I have to say this is the best memory complex. It has all of the ingredients that are suggested to effectively assist with memory improvement. And the amount/potency of the products are generous. Only 1 small capsule per day with breakfast is all it takes to feel these working within the first week. Make sure to read warning on label before purchasing.

Good product
I use with the Ultra Phosphatidylserine . At first I didnt see much difference, and stopped using it. THEN I noticed a big difference. I use the two of them as directed and I like the support they deliver.

I highly recommend this supplement...
I am 50 years old and even though I exercise almost 2 hours a day, eat very healthy, drink no alcohol, smoke no cigarettes, take no prescription drugs, I was still experiencing brain fog the was quite disturbing to me. I was even taking some other brain supplements but to no avail. Shortly, after I started taking this supplement, I started to think more clearly and more quickly. I was truly amazed. The price of this product is fantastic and I suggest you try it for at least a month or more to give it a fair try.

brain food
this formula is the one that all other mind and memory supplements should be judged by. i wont be without it ever again. this stuff works like waking you up after youre already awake. i use several swanson products daily and this one is my favorite. if you want to know what its like to be fully awake and alert, try it. after trying at least a dozen other memory supplements, this one is literally head and shoulders above the rest.

Didn't see any improvement
I tried this for a few days and I didn't experience any improvement in my mental ability, in fact it may have made me feel worse.

my memory is improving
I am re-ordering this; I take this about 4-5 times weekly and I'm improving. I also take 60mg of Gingko Biloba on the same days, 12 hours later. There is already 120mg of that in each of these capsules. You are not to exceed 180mg of that daily, as I understand it.
