Caring for my heart
I have read many articles regarding the use GPLC for added benefits for a healthier heart. In my case it is exactly what I am looking for to help with mine. Swanson has the best quality & price as compared to most other vitamin companies out there. I would give higher marks on effectiveness, but I will do so in the near future once I have some extended use. Right now I have been using the product for 30 days and so far so good.

If you have to work in your 2 acr yard & another phisical hard work this is your batery energiser! I dont' take this every day but keep it for spesial ocasions ;-)

Amazing Product
Rarely do I see results immediately. I choose Propionyl L Carnitine for circulation and nootropic properties, but I've noticed other benefits too, such as metabolism. My energy level is much higher too. It does cost more, but well worth it. Very Satisfied

Calming
This is a recent add to my repertoire of supplements. I must say that it is probably the best product I have purchased to date (I do invest in many supplements). It seems to be very calming to my heart and body with strengthening effects. There seems to be a symbiotic relationship with the other vitamins in my program. Cannot say this is one of those universal products for everyone but it is one that I plan to continue to use.
