The Best E
Vitamin E is a tricky supplement to get right. This formulation by Swanson is the best I have found.
First, avoid non-natural E, which is dl-alpha-tocopherol. (the little "L" after the d indicates synthetic E, this subtle difference is the only way to tell the two apart.)
Second: Vitamin E is a family of 8 substances. Most vitamin E products give you only 1, d-alpha-tocopherol. This is not only suboptimal, but flooding your body with only one form can have the effect of flushing out the other 7 forms and leaving you deficient.
Get all 4 tocopherols (alpha, beta, gamma, delta) and all 4 tocotrienols (alpha, beta, gamma, delta).
Sure this is pricy, but trying to get all 8 with multiple other formulations is even pricier.

Full Spectrum E with Tocotrienols
This product was recommended by a friend of mine who is a registered nutritionist. It contains the important elements of Vitamin E that other forms do not have. Swanson's makes it available at a much lower price than she had seen elsewhere. It keeps my heart in a very healthy condition.

you get what you pay for
Ok, I admit its a bit pricey, but if I'm going to bother taking supplements, I want the best money can buy! This form of E has it all, and to me, that's the best money can buy. I trust Swanson to put high quality supplements together at good prices, so if I was going to buy this from any other supplier it would cost a lot more! I'm pleased with the soft gels and this vitamin E supplement.

Another Excellent Swanson Product
From all of my extensive reading, the antioxidant properties make full spectrum vitamin E a supplement you want to include in your daily supplement routine. As you age, it becomes even more important to do this. The cheap form of E contains only d alpha tocopherol. To be the most effectively used by your body, you need all the tocopherols and tocotrienols in a full spectrum supplement. The only place I personally have found such a product is through Swanson. It is what got me buying my supplements through them. Dr. James L. Wilson, in his fantastic book "Adrenal Fatigue," and Duane Graveline, in "The Station Damage Crisis" both praise the antioxidant properties of full spectrum vitamin E.

My Best Vitamin
Swanson's Ultra Full Spectrum E with Tocatrienols is the very best Vitamin E Capsule I could find after doing some extensive Internet searching. It has eight different types and is also reasonably priced when compared to the other vitamin companies product.
