Those little tomato pips Now there's a lot of hype about the effectiveness of health supplements; so any thing that claims to work the first time, caught my eye. I don't usually review stuff like this, because as with Fruitflow; what does smooth platelets feel like anyway? I do pretty intense cardio exercise (Zumba) almost every day and depending on the routines can walk out drenched in sweat. While making no claims; I have noticed less moisture and increased endurance and recovery. I can't say if this is due to Fruitflow, so see for yourself. I can say that I'm a long time gardener and tomatoes are at the top of my list. The reason is simple, despite the challenge of growing them in Seattle: there is NOTHING like a freshly picked one off the vine. It might be illusional, but I always feel invigorated and filled with energy after eating them. While removed in many cooking techniques; I now hold these little pips in high regard. October 5, 2011
