Amazing, safe, research-based, from strawberries In a year or two, every body will be taking this. I am trying this because the people at Juvenon (Dr. Bruce Ames and colleagues) recommend it. So far, it is really amazing - Very obviously boosts cognition - Seems to have positive effects on nerves elsewhere, too. I read extensively and I believe it is safe. 30 strawberries would give you about 50 mg. or so. So far, I love it. It seems to make sense to take it with b-complex. Not expensive - Try it!
