Arabinogalactan - great fiber!
I purchased this a month ago to get some good fiber into my diet. It had been highly recommended to me by someone I know has done their research. She said that Swanson makes the best one she has found.
I actually finally started taking it just 5 days ago and already am reaping the benefits in seeing that I have become regular in my elimination - which is so important in how we feel!

eassily dissolves
This product dissolves in water easily and is almost tasteless. This is a big plus. The instructions say to take three times per day which is hard for me to remember. I can't really tell how it is helping but I'm glad to have tried the product.

fiber
I am a Type O on the Blood Type Diet. Wheat bran had been my most reliable source of extra fiber, but it is an avoid food for Type Os. I spent several years trying different fibers. This larch is the best I've found. It works. It is easy to add to my breakfast mix. The only negative is that it is more expensive than bran. Hurrah for Swansons. This is the least expensive larch that I have found.

good satisfaction
Product has worked well for my wife. Easy to blend in with drinks. Not thick and messy. No taste issues

Very helpful
I like this product a lot. For me it's very effective. But I have found it can clump in cold beverages. So I mix it in a small amount of lukewarm water first and then add my cold beverage (usually tea).

It's back! Great product.
I've been searching for years to find the old ClearTrac. Finally it's back but under a new name. And it's same great stuff. This will again become one of my staple supplements. It's tasteless, dissolves in liquid and is the perfect addition for gut health. I'm very happy Swanson's brought this back. The price is great too! I highly recommend it.
