My doctor wants me to take this for health reasons and I had been spending $30 a month before I found it at Swanson. I don't feel any different on it but don't want to argue with the doc so I take it.
I'm sure it helps me in the long run and I am confident in Swanson to carry a high quality product.

Good product
My husband's doctor recommended CoQ10, 400 mgs and he has used it for several years with good results. Not only does Swanson's have a superior product with excellent prices, it was the only place I could find the product in 400 mg capsules, and at much lower cost than the local stores that carry the other sizes. Although he takes other supplements too, my spouse feels that CoQ10 helps improve strength and overall health.

CoQ10 400 MG Just started taking them
I just started taking these and have not had time to see a difference yet. The gel tabs are quite large and hard to swallow.

these particular pills the new packatge was too hard to swallow, due to the size I used to purchase the apill type and it was easy to swallow. the new ones were the size of a m@m Peanut. and it did not go down well it was too hard to swallow. now I have to purchase the 200 s and have to take double the dose. am not happy

Big Pill to Swallow! Big Effect!
Great product at a great price, especially when I compared price to my local pharmacy! The pill is a bit large to swallow for me, so I've gone down a size. But the effect of this CoQ10 is really powerful.

I had been so pleased with this product before they changed the shape and size. I found it very difficult to swallow the new shape and will return my latest order for this product.

need to cut it!
the coating on these is so thick that they pass right through without dissolving

size change
the size and shape of this pill have been changed and they are now very hard to swallow. The long and more slender shape that was used before was just fine but the new shape is so fat that it triggers the gag reflex when I try to swallow them. Has anyone else had this problem?

Awesome price!
I would give 5 leaves but in all honesty i haven't been taking them very long. The price is the best around! But as far as quality i cannot say at this point.

does the job
I prefer Coenzyme Q-10 or Ubiquinol in the 300mg. strength but it is quite difficult to find. So I alternate between the 200 mg. and 400 mg. strength seen in this product. CoQ10 is a valuable inclusion in anyone's daily program. When I fine-tune my daily regemin I always keep Coq10 in it. I can't imagine leaving it out.
