Not in liquid form I made the erroneous assumption that these caps were liquid gel caps. They are not. They are powder caps. CoQ10 in powder form is not absorbed into the system and is therefore of no value to me. July 4, 2012

CoQ10 Really wanted the 400 mg but it was not available, bummer. So I got the 200mg and will have to take two a day. So I had to order twice as many bottles. Still a valuble deal but not as convienent January 29, 2012
