Great Product and inexpensive
All the ads of why you should take an expensive CoQ10 product are nonsense. Just take this one with dinner, so there is some fat to help absorb it. CoQ10 is an electron carrier in your mitochondria, so it gives and receives electrons. This starts without extra electrons, so it is not an antioxidant when you take it.

Good quality
I have taken COQ10 for many years and tried high and middle range products and nothing compared to this one from Swanson. I always have headache for the stronger dose. I tried those 100% vege type but nothing compared to this one. Both quality & price are excellent.

Great price
I buy this product for my mother and started taking it myself. I honestly don't feel too much of a difference but I know it is something we should be taking as we get older and our body loses the ability to produce it. Plus the prices are great.
