Excellent multi-mineral.
I take this as my mineral supplement to go with Swanson's whole food multi-vitamin.
It's so difficult to get enough vitamins and minerals in a balanced diet without eating way too many calories. These two products get me what I need and allow me to concentrate on eating only for the calories I need and not worry about getting the nutrients.

ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Complex
Love this product. Have been taking it for a year or so and it assures me I am getting in all the minerals that I need to stay healthy. Since minerals are so important to good health and our soil is depleted of these nutrients, I feel this is a must have in my arsenal of vitamins.

Needed
I only take this because I read in several articles and asked a nutritionist about minerals and she told me humans need lots of minerals daily. I was like daaaiiuumm when she told me that. So thats the only reason why I take this.

Good minerals in a capsule form
I normally take liquid colloidal minerals every day at home, but when frequently traveling on business or pleasure these are a lot more convenient than dragging along bottles of liquid, particularly in airports. This product is now a permanent part of my traveling supplements kit.

Concentrace has been a pleasant surprise!

Terrific Product
This is the best trace mineral formula I have ever used. Gentle on the stomach yet potent enough to give you all the trace minerals multi's just don't contain.
