Essential This neuro supplement has become essential for me and is one of the very few supplements I've taken where I can really say "I feel it" every time. Don't need to take it for a month or two to feel it. It is especially effective taken in the morning with coffee and lasts the entire day, especially after a morning workout. Takes time. Did not notice the quick effects a lot of people claim to get from this. Was kind of a minor thing but since I have been stressed lately that might have dampened the effectiveness.
