MUST TAKE Supplement! I'm a big fan of all the Albion products, but the selenium is a MUST TAKE. Selenium's Micrograms are Meaningful I always take 200 mcg. of Selenium daily. I started taking this dosage of Selenium decades ago with my Vitamin E.
